The Defensive, Attacking and G Zones (Elite female)

The G Zones are grey areas when the player can choose to defend or attack.

The Extended Defensive and Attacking Zones 

The Extended Defensive and Attacking Zones are a combination of the Defensive and G Zones and a combination of the Attacking Zones with the G Zones and are now referred to as just the D1, D2, D3, D4 and A1, A2 F, A2 B Zones.

Examination Elite Strategy in the Defensive Zones and Attacking Zones

The examination focuses on the players' position relevant to the correct positioning of The T when the player attacks and defends.
