Forehand Open Plane Swing & Backhand Open Plane Swing

The backswing (opening the face) allows the player to volley reflex

This encourages the player to take the ball early and stroke and not poke at the ball.

The backswing is extremely deceptive.

The player drops when blind to the feeder and cross court drives when not blind to the feeder. Furthermore, when blind to the feeder the player could also lob.
